New Distributors

-      All new Distributors must complete a Credit Application and brief questionnaire.

Orders
-      Orders can be placed at www.heritagecandles.com or by sending a completed order form to info@heritagecandles.com or via fax at 770-908-8228.

Damages
-      Boxes must be visually inspected and any damage must be immediately reported to the carrier at time of delivery.
-      All damages or shortages must be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise via email to info@heritagecandles.com. Please provide a photo of damage due to shipping
-      Replacement candles will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of email requesting replacement and including photo documentation.
 
Payment and Payment Terms
-      Net 30 terms are awarded with an approved credit app. Otherwise, prepayment is required.
-      Past due accounts to pay finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the unpaid balance exceeding 45 days.  If the account is placed in default customer to pay all costs thereof, including Attorney fees and court costs.  The relationship and transactions between Customer and Heritage Candles shall be governed by the internal laws and decisions of the State of Georgia.

Artwork    

-      Our high-resolution images are available for placement in your shopper. 

-      Custom art options available with minimum order.

Shipping                                                                                                              

-     Drop ship and ship to the piece available. 

-     Shipments depart warehouse Monday through Friday between 2-5p.m.  Depending on the size/weight of the order the quickest and most cost-effective carrier is selected.  Primarily UPS Ground or R&L.  Candle orders at 150 pieces+ will be delivered on a pallet via a semi-truck.  Contact info@heritagecandles.com if other arrangements are necessary on large orders.     
-      On refused shipments, the shipping charges to ship and return the shipment plus a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to your account.

Wholesale

New Customers/Opening Orders
-     All new customer opening orders must be received within 30 days of accepted and approved application.

-     Opening orders will not be processed/shipped without a current Sales Tax Certificate of Registration and Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Exemption on file.

-     Opening orders have a 5 case/120 candle minimum.

-     All reorders have a 2 case minimum. If entire order consists of full cases per fragrance a $3 discount per case will be applied.


Pricing
-     MSRP $15.00.  Heritage Candles prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders shall be invoiced at the prices at the time of shipment.
-     Sales tax will be added to the invoice where required unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
-     No refunds of sales tax can be made after shipment.

Damages

Shipping Policies

Orders will only be shipped to commercial addresses.
-     Monday through Friday, except holidays, shipments depart warehouse between 2-5p.m.  Depending on the size/weight of the order the quickest and most cost effective carrier is selected.  Primarily UPS Ground or R&L. If you prefer another shipping service, please contact customer service.
-     We normally ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. We strive to keep a full selection of stock available at all times for immediate shipment. In the event of any delay, partial orders may be shipped with notification included to advise you on expected ship date for your remaining item(s).
-     We will quote shipping charges to you on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside of the United States. Call for a quote.
-     Expedited shipping is available; please contact customer service for details.
-     If purchaser requires that special routing instructions be followed, handling fees may be assessed on a per box basis. Special routing instructions must be included with every order submitted.
-     All orders are shipped from Tucker, Georgia. Cost of shipping will be added to invoice and is based on the total gross weight of all packages.
-     Shipping charges will be capped at 20% of the order amount on all orders over $300.00. Orders under $300.00 will be charged the prevailing UPS rate.
 
Refused/Undeliverable Shipments
-     On refused/undeliverable shipments, the shipping charges to ship and return the shipment plus a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to your account.
 
Refund/Returns Policies
-     No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number.
-     If the product is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or provide a refund.
-     If you are unhappy with any of our products, please email us to let us know. We will provide return information and process a refund once we receive the item back. If it is a problem with the product, we will pay to have it returned. If you just changed your mind, the item will need to be returned at your expense and we will provide a refund for the product minus a 15% restocking fee.
-     Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for a refund.
-     Heritage Candles will not honor claims, returns, or exchanges when our products are purchased through Ebay® or secondary parties.
 
Restocking Fee
-     15% plus freight on all returns.
